My business coaching practice is built upon a proven perspective designed to help you maximize your business's potential and achieve your long-term goals. I call it Evaluate, Elevate, Exit and it's rooted in principles of stewardship and purpose.
Consistently utilizing the Evaluate, Elevate, Exit perspective helps us build a holistic foundation for your business journey, from understanding your current state to achieving your ultimate business and personal vision.
Evaluate
Using the Evaluate perspective, we take a deep dive into your current business operations. This involves a comprehensive assessment to understand your strengths, identify areas for improvement, and pinpoint any obstacles hindering your growth. We'll analyze your financials, operational efficiency, market position, team dynamics, and existing strategies. Our goal here is to gain a clear, objective picture of where your business stands today and lay the groundwork for targeted improvements.
Elevate
As we have a thorough understanding of your business through evaluation, we then use the Elevate perspective. This is where we work collaboratively to implement strategic changes and optimize your business for peak performance. We'll develop tailored action plans focused on enhancing profitability, streamlining processes, developing leadership skills, and fostering a strong company culture. This perspective is about implementing practical, impactful solutions that drive sustainable growth and prepare your business for future opportunities.
Exit
The third perspective, Exit, is about preparing your business for a successful transition, whether that's through a sale, succession planning, or scaling to a point where you can step back while the business continues to thrive. I'll work with you to build a valuable, transferable asset, ensuring your business is attractive to potential buyers or capable of operating seamlessly without your day-to-day involvement. This perspective is about securing your legacy and maximizing the return on your investment of time and effort.

About Lee Armfield
Lee has been walking with the Lord since 1969, and his faith has been the guiding force through all the ups and downs of his life, family, and career. He has been married to Lynda for over 55 years and is the proud father of three adult children and nine grandchildren.
He was a key member of the team that built North America's largest newsletter publishing enterprise, bringing over 30 years of entrepreneurial leadership and experience to the table.
Lee’s expertise lies in serving start-ups and mid-stage ventures, leveraging his knowledge of business cloning, valuation, and sales.
He is also passionate about developing operational and growth strategies for Christian non-profit organizations and ministries.
His greatest joy comes from mentoring and coaching business owners, helping them steward their ventures for God's glory as they evaluate, elevate, and ultimately exit their businesses with purpose.
As a former board member and chairman of several international Christian non-profit organizations, Lee is also certified as an international teacher and counselor.
Early in his career, he had the privilege of being taught and mentored by a select group of pioneers who have since become a who’s who in the business world. Inspired by this rich foundation, Lee is now dedicated to pouring into the next generation of Christian leaders and entrepreneurs, guiding them toward both professional and personal success anchored in their faith.
